We were made aware of a fault at approx. 15:20 today and identified the issue as being outside of our network. We made contact with our supplier and all services appear to have now been restored as of 16:00. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
We are aware of a power outage to part of Weedon affecting areas of our network serviced from Weedon. Engineers are working on the electric supply and hope to have it back online within the hour. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

We lost connectivity on our secondary connection today between 20:12 – 20:27 all traffic was rerouted to our primary and tertiary connectivity for resilience leaving a handful of static IP customers with no service. We apologise on behalf of our carriers for this short drop in service.
