We are aware of certain internet routes performing slowly, this is being caused by connectivity from our supplier where they break out to different parts of the internet.
Different Speedtest.net servers will give completely different results.
We have raised this as a fault with our supplier and will update as soon as we have an update.
11:53 – Update: we are waiting to hear back from our suppliers as to the cause of the fault and timescale for resolution.
12:00 – Update: although we are still waiting to hear back from our suppliers regarding the cause and fix we have noticed that currently the issue appears to have have been resolved.
12:22 – We have been advised that fault has been found and fixed and RFO has been requested.
