05/01/2020 – Network Outage – Power loss to core equipment.


We have lost power to our core equipment and are working to gain access to the facility where this is stored to restore power and restore service.

10:58 Despite being onsite for 3 hours we are still unable to gain access. We have escalated access for our core site to the building owners and are wait for secondary key management company to arrive.

11:13 Key-holder is now on route and should be with us in 30 mins.

12:05 All services fully restored.
